A glorified journal, hopefully with photos so that family can keep up with us. Reading and knitting are two of my hobbies, so I do plan to write about books I read and projects I knit. I'll also have baby and kid anecdotes--garden variety parenting and family life notes, most likely.

Lovely! And, JKG, my son must be about the same age as your Matea. He's a May 6th baby. So we're having lots of similar "moments" to yours.
